Diy, How to install wireless, network, wifi printer on Windows 7 Computer PC?
without no printer software disc, also how to fix network printer when it don't print.
to setup network or wifi printer- 1.connect ethernet cable to router any port 1-4 is ok then to network printer. 2.next make sure pc is on the same network router, and printer is on & wifi on the wifi printer. might have go into printer network settings to connect wifi printer to wireless router then enter the network key which might be your phone # or "wep" key sticker on your modem/router then connected to the network router. 3.then on win.7 pc click start button icon at desktop 4. then click "devices and printers" 5. then on top of page click "add printer" then choose top printer or click on your model printer list in the window and then click "next" , wait and follow the messages. you might have to update printer drivers or download from printer brand website, 6.test printer, or hold "ctrl + p" to print * if error occurs go back to "devices and printer" right click your model printer click troubleshoot if there is a "!" click "fix" and repeat this till you get a green check mark on your printer icon. THIS WORKS TRUST ME, I DO IT ALOT.
unplug modem, router, printer & pc to hard reset. 1.after 1 minute of unplugging power 1st plug in modem wait 2 minutes till all lights are on 2.plug in router wait 2 minutes for the "i" internet light. 3. then plug in network printer wait for boot up 4.boot up pc and test
