hard reset modem, router and pc by unplugging power to all devices but must plug to at a time after 1 minute of being unplug,
1. plug in cable modem wait for green light and the "i" internet light (takes some times 5 minutes)
2.plug in router (netgear or link-sys ect..) wait for it to boot up and "i" internet light. (takes 3 minutes to boot up)
3.next plug in pc and boot up if you have laptop unplugging it and taking out the laptop battery is how to hard reset laptops. make sure the internal wifi switch is on your laptop, but if you got desktop just wait pc to boot up fully then jump on the internet, if it still won't work try another web browser like Google chrome you can save it on another PC then transfer it to disc or USB flash drive. then open it on the pc with the trouble. W
REMEMBER AFTER UNPLUGGING POWER TO MODEM ROUTER AND PC TO WAIT A COUPLE MINUTES FOR DEVICE TO DISCHARGE THEN START PLUGGING IN ONE AT A TIME, STARTING WITH THE MODEM THEN ROUTER THEN PC WAIT FOR EACH DEVICE TO BOOT UP THEN PLUG IN NEXT DEVICE.
