  1. passive 3d glasses is easier on the eyes than the heavier active 3d glasses, but both are equally great 3d quality.

  2. Active Shutter technology is alone accurate by Panasonic, Samsung and Sony. All action a advanced ambit of awning sizes advised to plan with Active Shutter glasses.

  3. active shutter 3d uses batteries, priced at $50-100 are good quality 3d but shutters left and right eye on and off, some people see the flicking and causes them headaches, passive 3d is what the movie theaters use and glasses are cheaper too, this is passive 3d is in new LG and Vizio TV.s, I think this is going to be in all TV.s in later years. Some tv.s also convert 2d to 3d using a simple 3d button on the remote, but 3d is not recommend to be watched more than 3hr.s a day and not for kids under 6yrs old cause kids eyes are is developing ( I read that in a mag.)
