Cable tv box fix for no volume or audio sound

To fix no sound, hard reset any cable or satellite box or tv, just unplug power cord for 5 minutes, then plug in power again then wait till cablebox boots up, some boot up when you see the clock appears on the front panel, then press power , if it still does not work reset tv or surround sound system, check audio cable connections too,
