How to Troubleshoot LCD TV after power surge no meter & soldering needed!
Hey so my Sony KDL40HX800 TV has been having problems recently. Usually when I watch TV it works perfectly fine but for only about 20 minutes. After the approx. 20 min period is up the TV begins to act funny. The backlight goes out on one side/corner and the the whole backlight turns off while at times the sound is still on, however only a few seconds after everything turns off and the red light at the bottom left corner begins to flash 6 times.
Please help me as I am unsure of what the problem is or what part may be defective.
help LCDTV NLT-46hdb2 is set on child lock and there is no remote, is it possible to reset to default somehow?
