Sony bravia TV KDL46EX720 Red LED blinks 4 times, what is this error code?

Error code is a failure on the LD board can cause TV to shutdown as a safety feature or / also main logic board, the boards costs about $50-100 at Shopjimmy, Amazon, Ebay, Rivervalley electronics. Note refurbished boards you receive at times can be bad so it's important to order from someone that offers warranty.     I have changed the LD board for my TV KDL 55NX720 but the problem is not solved ,what other possible you may advise.

    I have a sony bravia kdk46. It took a voltage spike. When tv is plugged in, stand by light blinks 3. I checked output of power supply and have standby volts. So I assume that logic board is bad, however there are four separate boards when I took metal cover off. Would I be right to assume that the digital board that the standby cable goes to is the board that needs to be replaced?

    I have a 70"grand wegga...now the green light comes on but after 2 seconds it blinks to red 6 times I have gotten it to come on but if turn it off it want come back on.a TV repair man said he didnt no how to fix it he used a blow dryer and said its a start up problem it came on....but for 3 to 5 days then went back off...I replaced lamp still green to red it want stay on I hear it clicking like its trying but no luck. Help
