How to Read a Cap & Can i Read it Cap in Circuit ?
Yes & No but if you want to read a capacitor aka Cap in Circuit you need the right meter " in-circuit Cap meter " its $100 but i use a Fluke all-in-one DVM aka Digital Volt Meter with up to 10,000uf Cap reading & ohm & ac dc volts & read transistors & diodes too - it's the best meter for me and it's about $120 but you need to discharge the cap then unsolder at least one leg or both legs seporating it from the circuit to get a accurate reading. i replace a cap if it's lower than 5% of its value like 91uf if the cap is 100uf.
